NEW FOR 2023 VENDORS!
All general, nonprofit, and food/drink vendors (not including food trucks) will be provided with a 10’x10’ tent, a 6 foot table, and two chairs.

VENDOR PRICING
$350 - Food/Drink Truck
$350 - Food/Drink Vendor
$250 - General Vendor
$100 - Nonprofit Vendor (501(c)(3) charitable organizations only)- Nonprofit vendors are required to provide an engaging activity beyond standard outreach tabling.

NEW GUIDELINES FOR VENDORS
As the Fair site will be on National Park property, there are two new guidelines for vendors:

  • No open flame may be used (except for those in food trucks)

  • No cash sales will be permitted. Card and digital transactions are allowed.

    1. Complete the Vendor Interest Form on this page.

    2. DCSF will notify the contact if organization has been selected or refused for 2023.

    3. DCSF will send a vendor/sponsor agreement to the contact via DocuSign.

    4. Upon signing and countersigning by all parties, an invoice will be sent to the contact for payment.

    5. Following payment, a DCSF vendor representative will reach out regarding planning and setup.

  • The DC State Fair strives for zero waste in all operations and therefore showcases vendors that do the same. Vendors must:

    (1) Only provide compostable containers, bowls, cups, lids, cutlery, plates, and straws. (Food and drink vendors only)

    (2) Not provide customers with plastic bags. (All vendors)

    (3) Refrain from providing giveaways that are single-use and disposable (items that cannot easily be recycled or composted). (Non-food and non-drink vendors only)

  • For food trucks and food/drink vendors only.

    Food trucks and vendors choosing to participate in the optional Zero Waste Champion Program will receive the following:

    $75 refunded from vendor fee after the event

    Recognition as a Zero Waste Champion on day-of signage and the DC State Fair website.

    To qualify, food/drink vendors must do one of the following:

    (1) Be provided and utilize pre-sanitized, pre-washed reusable containers to serve food to customers that request it.

    (2) Provide customers with a discount for bringing their own reusable cutlery.

  • Vendors with innovative zero waste initiatives may be featured in DC State Fair social media.
